Practical information about the snowmobile safaris
|
|
Programs: Our policy is to give our clients as much freedom as possible. All groups - whether friends, family or company co-workers - will have a safari of their own. Dates and programs are catered to each groups’ needs and wishes. |
Safari equipment: All equipment is included in the price of the safari. Included is full driving gear such as: warm driving overalls, helmet, under cap, boots and gloves. The overalls are warm enough even for cold temperatures.
Client’s own equipment: You will need to bring a warm underwear to be worn under the overalls and other warm layers (wollen sweater, fleece jacket, fleece/sport trousers etc.) For the evenings you need casual clothes (jeans, shirt, shoes, jacket). Gloves and a warm hat or cap are also needed when you are not driving and wearing the helmet.

All the equipment will be carried at the back of the snowmobile so try not to take too much with you. You take your own back-bag where to pack yout equipment or you can get one from Kola Extreme. Other luggage will be left to Kola Extreme’s premises. Glasses: Note that not all glasses are suitable to wear with a helmet. Glasses might also get easily frosty in cold temperatures. If you need glasses when driving we recommend you contact Kola Extreme before the safari. Sunglasses: Especially for the safaris in March and April we recommend you take your sunglasses with you. |
Payment: We accept major credit cards but prefer payment in cash or by invoice.
Insurance: the snowmobiles are insured against damage. The snowmobile driver is responsible for the insurance excess, which, in case of a snowmobile damage, is 800 €.
